Patrick Ghidirim, Managing Director, Agribusiness and Private Equity Investments, Russia is based in Moscow and joined NCH in 2007.  Mr. Ghidirim's focus is NCH's agribusiness and private equity activities in Russia.  Prior to NCH, he was Director of Strategy and Corporate Development for Bunge Limited, one of the world's largest agribusiness and food product companies, where he was responsible for leading the execution of mergers and acquisitions, and for developing long-term strategies in Russia and throughout the former Soviet Union.  Prior to Bunge, he held positions in principal investing and M&A with Behrman Capital, Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan.  Mr. Ghidirim received his MBA from Harvard Business School and his MPA from Princeton University's Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs.  

Dmitri Levkovsky, Managing Director, has been with NCH since 1994 and oversees the daily operations of NCH's Moscow office.  Prior to joining NCH, Mr. Levkovsky worked for Chevron Overseas Petroleum, Inc. in Kazakhstan in the Operations and Maintenance Department from July 1994 to December 1994.  From February 1993 to July 1994, he served as Assistant Deputy General Director of Finance at Canadian Fracmaster Offshore, Ltd., where he reported on financial and oil production issues to the management and assisted in budget planning.  Mr. Levkovsky graduated in 1988 from the Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys with an MS in Electrical Engineering, where he remained as a researcher until 1993.
