Riga Plaza
Riga Plaza is a shopping and entertainment center, opened in 2009 as a 50/50 partnership between NCH and an experienced developer of eastern European retail malls. It is a leading upmarket destination mall in Latvia. Built on land that previously had been purchased by an NCH fund, Riga Plaza is only 3.5 kilometers from Riga city center, on the left bank of the River Daugava, with direct access to the Salu Bridge leading to the city center. In 2016, the partnership exited its investment in Riga Plaza through a sale to a US-based asset manager.
