Gregory Katz

Gregory Katz joined NCH in 2007 and is responsible for overseeing all the legal affairs of NCH, both across its countries of investment and in New York. In addition to his knowledge of the firm as NCH’s outside counsel since its earliest days in 1993, Mr. Katz brings experience in the areas of international transaction law and corporate finance, the issuance of equity and debt securities, the formation of joint ventures throughout the world, and, on the private equity side, representing investors in emerging markets and fund formation.

Prior to NCH, Mr. Katz was a partner at Thelen Reid Brown Raysman & Steiner LLP, where he advised clients on such diverse matters as mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, litigation and commercial real estate transactions.

Mr. Katz received a BA in Economics and International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania and a JD from Harvard Law School.
