Marina Khariton joined NCH in 2008, serving as Controller. Agribusiness & Real Estate before taking over as Chief Financial Officer in 2026.

Prior to joining NCH, Ms. Khariton was Controller and Chief Financial Officer for a commodities trading firm. She also has experience as the controller for a commodities hedge fund and was an accountant for a real estate investment firm. She began her career in public accounting, with a focus on middle market companies and investment management services.

Ms. Khariton received a BS in accounting from Baruch College and is a Certified Public Accountant.
