Rebecca Shen joined NCH in 1994.

Ms. Shen oversees internal and external financial accounting and reporting for the firm as well as tax filings.

Prior to NCH, Ms. Shen worked in the accounting department of Blackhawk Ltd., a New York-based hedge fund, which was subsequently sold to the Caxton organization. She began her career with Clarfield & Company, a private accounting firm.

Ms. Shen received a BA in accounting from Hunter College in New York and is a Certified Public Accountant.
