Cristian Andrei

Cristian Andrei joined NCH in 1994.

Prior to joining NCH, he was Head of the Capital Markets Department at the National Bank of Romania and was a member of the team planning the formation of the Bucharest Stock Exchange. Previously, he was Plant Manager and Advisor to the Board of Directors at Automobile Dacia S.A., Romania’s national automobile company. He is a member of the Bucharest Stock Exchange Committee, the former President of the Romanian Brokers Association and former President of the RASDAQ Electronic Stock Exchange.

Mr. Andrei received an MS in Mechanical Engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of Bucharest and an MBA from the Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh.
